Rind (geschmort)
Gulasch, Braten und Rinderrouladen sind die wohl bekanntesten Schmorgerichte mit Rind, meistens serviert mit reichlich eigener, dunkler Sauce. Ganz gleich ob Kartoffeln, Brot oder Nudeln dazu gereicht werden - am besten passen mittelkräftige Weine mit viel Frucht, nicht zu viel Holz, aber gerne schön würzig und trocken. Bitte dann beim Kochen auf nicht zu viel Schärfe im Gericht achten, da sonst die würzig-trockenen Rotweine schnell brandig-alkoholisch schmecken.
